The Buying Process

Select the property that you would like to take up a fractional ownership in

  • Telephone the Assetz fractional sales team to confirm all of the property particulars to suit your requirements
  • Transfer a five percent reservation payment to Assetz solicitors to reserve your property share. This reservation fee is refundable based upon the property purchase not going ahead for any reason beyond the client's control. 
  • The dedicated company purchasing the property on behalf of the owners commences the legal acquisition process once all shares are sold
  • The whole buying process is carried out by an international team of independent lawyers. No costs are incurred by the purchasers if the property purchase process does not commence.
  • Once the legal acquisition process commences the balance of the payment from each fractional owner is required - this can be in the form of cash or by way of a special fractional property loan. See the different fractional mortgage options here.
  • Once the purchase of the property completes the buyers each receive their ownership certificate showing their legal ownership of their property share
  • When the property is ready for use all buyers will be supplied with details of their personal usage of the property so they may start to plan future holidays or potential periods of rental
